So far, I am really liking these vitamins. My nails are starting to grow and feel healthier. However, I did not notice that pumpkin seed oil helps with sleep. For the past two weeks I have been feeling really tired and sleepy. Specially towards the end of the day when I have taken my second one after lunch. I looked up the side effects on google and sure enough it does aid in sleeping as well. I will start taking these in the afternoon after work instead now. The dose is 3 per day but I think I will stick to the two since that is how many I have been taking because I forget the third one. They are easy to swallow as well . They are a good quality vitamin to take.

I have been using this since the end of January. I have only been taking 1 a day and have noticed a great decrease in shedding and new growth in my hair. I will continue to use it. I know it says to take more a day. 3 I think. But, I just take 1. I also wanted the bag to last me longer. It still works with just 1 a day.
